Following their trip to Foynes Fire Station, 1st Class paid a visit to Foynes Playground.

1st Class went on their annual trip to Foynes Fire Station on Thursday, March 5th and were given a talk on fire safety.

We celebrated Pancake Tuesday on February 25th. The children had fun making pancakes with their teacher and enjoyed eating them.

Our Senior Infants class recently set up a bird feeding station to provide food to the birds during the cold weather.

The RSA Streetsmart team recently visited the school. The GP room was converted to a child size street-scape to help the children practice road safety.

On Tuesday, February 18th Limerick City and County Council Mayor Michael Sheahan visited our school. Mayor Sheahan is a past pupil of our school.

We celebrated Grandparents Day on Thursday, February 6th with a special mass and refreshments afterwards in the school hall.

Our 2nd Class went on a Winter nature walk on Monday, January 20th. They paid a visit to the memorial garden.

Our 1st Class Nativity Play took place on Tuesday, December 17th. We wish to thank all involved for all the hard work in making this play a success

Last week we celebrated Science Week. The children had great fun with their experiments

Today was a non-uniform day and children dressed up in their favourite jerseys or Halloween costumes. We raised a total of €128.20 for the Hope Foundation

We went on our annual nature trip to Curraghchase Park on Monday 21st. The children enjoyed learning about the animals and trees in this lovely park.

We celebrated Maths Week from October 14th to 18th. Activities included baking, class walk and class based activities.

On Wednesday, August 28th we welcomed 17 new Junior Infants to our school. We hope they enjoy their educational journey with us.

We were delighted to receive a special visitor on Thursday, October 11th. Limerick beat Tipperary to become Munster champions on June 30th. Roll on 2020!

On September 9th, 2nd Class enjoyed the rare sunshine and visited the beautiful Remembrance garden which is located behind the church.
